Where do I even start? Traveling from Alabama to NC for work. Car overheats as soon as I complete my 500 mile journey. I reach out to anyone who could help and Chris showed up with everything but a cape. Quickly identified that water pump is failing. I have to make the treck back to Alabama the next day. 6am I reach out. By 9am Chris has identified the issue. He recommended and picked up the parts for replacement. He had me back on the road same day. His professionalism and timeliness of my emergency he prioritized. I cant thank him enough for the expertise he brought to the table. Thank you Chris and I wish I could truly repay the favor but if Karma is real this guy is gold!

I do not recommend him for doing any mechanic work on your vehicle. Chris did not tighten any of the bolts for the dust plate bracket which holds the brake calipers for both rear wheels. I asked him to come back out and check them because I could hear them sliding when I applied my brakes but he said there was no issue besides adjusting the e-brake. The rear right became so loose the pads were rubbing on the rotors. Chris ghosted me. He would not return my texts or voicemails. I found the 4 bolts holding the dust guard bracket which the caliper mounts to for my 2004 forester. Both sides could be loosened by hand. Chris should not be doing brake jobs.
