Walked in totally helpless not knowing how to find the windshield wipers I need for my new car but within mere seconds Jen already knew exactly what I needed, grabbed it for me, and even INSTALLED THEM FOR ME! I am honestly speechless at the service and so beyond grateful. She let me watch and even taught me what she was doing so I can try to be a strong independent lady myself next time. Highly recommend this place - super helpful and very kind! Thanks again Jen! You saved my life!

So my son had the worst experience at this store. He went in bc it’s the closest to his college and he has been having battery issue so as soon as he was able to get his car on he went there. To our surprise he was told that they couldn’t change it for him bc it was below temperature. They were able to go outside and test it (after the manager sent a worker bc he didn’t want to do it). We are from out of state so we really didn’t know what to do. I then called the store and asked for to speak w the manager and he told me the same story. I proceeded to ask what kind is customer service was that. He the told me to go next door to the other auto store!!! I guess he did not need the business. I even said “ what if an elder person came w no other help u wouldn’t help???” He said “no” that really shocked me. I had my son take his car somewhere else but hard to believe this.

I know almost nothing about cars, so Jen, the store manager, really helped me out today with buying new windshield wipers and front headlights. She even went out of her way to change my windshield wipers for me and show me how to do it!! Fantastic service!
