I had such a compassionate experience with the staff on Monday morning at the facility on 71st & Stoney Island they were very attentive to my needs and got the job done. I really appreciate a staff that makes sure the customer leaves out happy and pleased. And today’s service was over and beyond. The Gentleman put the battery in my car I bought. I want to compliment the store manager Sha. Her entire staff to include Memo who recently assisted me with making the right selection for winter wiper blades and he even put them on my vehicle. Leo is another great employee who also exhibits a wonderful professional attitude.
