What an amazing experience it is each and every time I come to Palisades Mazda! I made a mistake, I purchased a car from Carvana, it didn’t work so I returned it. The real mistake was not coming here first. Your initial fear of the sales pitches or the pushiness will immediately be resolved the moment you walk through the front doors. Not only was my saleswoman, Kristy Engels, probably one of the most forthcoming, and friendly businesswomen I have ever dealt with. She was also extremely professional, and helpful with my purchase. Roy Cornielle made the process extremely easy, pain free and personable, meaning he’s not just a guy trying too make a sale he’s… just a guy, trying too get you the BEST deal he possibly can. These two not only made me feel heard but got me in my vehicle by EOD. A used Honda civic 2019 with almost 84,000 miles (they didn’t try to undershoot cause it’s really 83.7) for 14,920 fully NY state certified inspected, clean and entirely repaired if necessary by their amazing crew, with a warranty until almost 125,000 miles. You just simply cannot beat that. 21k all in and Roy tamed the bank for me. Cmon now quit stalling too find a dealership and just get your butt down here.
