Dillon helped me getting through a terrible experience dealing with my insurance company, to help me get a fair estimate of the damages and avoided my car being unfairly totaled. I do not recommend this body shop. My vehicle was brought here for accident repairs through my insurance company. The shop charged the insurance for parts and repairs that were not completed. After receiving my vehicle, I discovered that certain parts, including headlights, were not replaced despite being listed as completed. When I raised the issue, the shop refused to correct the repairs and claimed there was an agreement, which never happened. I would strongly advise anyone using this shop to carefully inspect their vehicle before accepting it back.
