I purchased flowers off of the Rose box NYC and I will never order from them again. They came in absolutely horrible. They look like they were dead. The pedals were fallen off. They had no smell at all. They were absolutely awful when I contacted them. They refuse to do anything and told me that’s the way they’re supposed to look and they’re not supposed to have a smell. My advice to anybody is not to order from this company.

Rose Box NYC came through when the flowers I were looking for as Valentine’s Day gifts couldn’t be found anywhere else! I truly wish I had pictures of every item I ordered. The items I purchased were gifts for myself and family ? Words cannot even begin to express how they went above & beyond to make sure I had everything I needed for everyone. The arrangements were packaged beautifully and we have no complaints nearly 3 months later. Also, the company vows to fix any issues that may arise (possibly for the 1st year, but don’t quote me). I’ve had none, though ? Blessings to this company and you have earned yourself a new forever customer!!!!

I purchased the acrylic jewelry box with a drawer and 25 pure white roses from Rose Box NYC in Soho about 8 months ago. I wanted to wait before reviewing to see if the roses truly held up over time, and I’m honestly amazed. The roses still look just as fresh as the day we got them. The quality is incredible. The acrylic drawer is spacious and fits more than just jewelry, which makes it really functional. Plus, it adds such a beautiful, clean touch to our living room décor. Highly recommend this as a gift, whether it’s for yourself or someone special. Totally worth it!
