I’ve recently purchased a 2013 Ford F-150 with “92k” miles from this auction, the mileage was stated to be verified and all the “auction stickers” on the car where at “92k” miles. The truck was bought and arrived at the dealership with “192,000” yes you read that correctly. The truck had 100,000+ more miles on it then at the time of purchase. I’ve done business with them for a little over a year now and have purchased well over 80+ vehicles with them. Rightfully so I wanted to return the vehicle due to having paid for a truck with 92k miles. To top it off they turned around and changed the listing miles after I called, made it known, and bought it, to 192,000 miles. You’d think this would be a simple mistake of someone not doing there job correctly and could be corrected with a phone call. Wrong, due to their policy when the vehicle leaves there facility it’s a gone issue from there. Unfortunately I’m stuck with a truck that I’m way on over value for which at the end of that day I have to take a lose and that’s ok, it happens. But I will not be returning to this auction and I highly urge anyone looking to participate or go here, to not. Very disappointed to say the least. I’ll include a picture of the originally listing with the miles advertised before they changed it. As well as the stickers on the truck.

Beautiful place. great parkin lot for a truck. Great staff. Loading cars is very convenient. No need to walk to find the right car. High level of service. I recommend to everyone

Absolutely disastrous experience. They rated a vehicle with a Condition Report (CR) of 4.7 — painting it as nearly flawless — when in reality, the vehicle was a complete wreck with a true CR of 2.1. It had major transmission problems, electrical issues, and a pungent, unbearable odor inside the cabin. Not a single one of these issues was disclosed. It was marketed as if it were in pristine condition — a deliberate misrepresentation. When I uncovered the truth, I reached out to the manager hoping for accountability. Instead, I was told, “Just run it back through the sale,” and then he hung up on me — no support, no resolution, just brushed off. They ran the vehicle again through auction, and the result? I didn’t even receive an offer for half of what I paid. I ended up finding my own buyer and had the car towed to Atlanta — out of pocket — just to salvage something from this nightmare. To make matters worse, for over two months, they kept calling me asking if I wanted to run the vehicle — which they claimed was still sitting on their lot — through the sale again. I told them every single time: the vehicle is not there. How can you not even know what’s on your own lot, yet still try to sell it? This level of incompetence and negligence is unacceptable. They should be ashamed. I will never do business with them again, and I urge anyone else to think twice before trusting them with your time, money, or integrity.
