Close the doors, you are literally destroying small businesses by pretending you are a work shop. Spend the extra money to have your truck towed to a real diesel shop. You will get 4 different stories from each person in the office. Won't see your truck for months, when you finally get fed up with BS,you get a box of parts . "Family "owned. That's why all posts are begging for a mechanic. Obviously, the one they have don't have a clue.. 2 months later..probably still looking for spark plugs...? correction, your mechanic has no clue, the 1st injector is shot, and the 6th is on its way out... thus truck could have been out the door in 3 hours... we paid for the time your mechanic spent researching how to fix it. I bet you don't have the proper tool , you busted the cam. You told me the truck is done. Only paying for labor for them to destroy your truck... put your family in a horrible financial situation, 2 months. Nothing done. I will have this back on the road in a day.

Everyone please listen to all the negative reviews. This company and the workers are all nasty and rude and don't give a care about customers. They only care about stealing your money. The lady who answers the phone is especially rude and I cannot understand why they allow her to work there. They pretend to be nice until your car or truck gets on their lot. They charge diagnostic fees for everything so don't bother sending your vehicle there. The lady who answers the phone also said "if you don't like us then you shouldn't have brought your vehicle here!" I guess that explains why the owner loses business and customers. There are so many local mechanics that are nicer, cheaper and not cheats. I have 11 commercial trucks and can spot a scam from a mile away and this place tops the scam list. Horrible customer service, horrible and incompetent workers and just a horrible company overall. I guarantee they will respond trying to justify themselves and make some lame excuse that this is a fake review but trust me the only thing fake is this company. I should have read all the minimal NEGATIVE REVIEWS before sending my truck there. Again people, stay away! Go to any other mechanic in the area but not these people! Note to owner : if you read this here is some feedback for you to be successful: 1. Hire sophisticated employees to answer your calls and greet customers 2. Improve customer service 3. Stop over charging and cheating people

I used their mobile service, however, it couldnt be fixed and trailer had to be taken to their location. Based on what i found out, they are expensive and they will put as much unnecessary work as possible to inflate the bill. Especially watch for tires. If somehow you can make it to your terminal then that is the best option.
