Let me start by saying that the following comments ONLY pertain to the horrendous roadside service I received from this shop. I cannot comment on any other services perform by this company. The “techs” that were sent out were to perform a door unlock service did arrive at the time they stated but that is where the positive part of this review ends. When attempting to get into my vehicle, it took 2 “techs” 1.5 hours NOT to get in my vehicle. Severe scratches, I mean to the metal, were left all around my door and door frame. Dents were left as well as they tried to pry my door open. My door gasket was left hanging, marred, scratched, and cut through. That’s not the only thing they cut. They obviously cut themselves but their dried up blood was left on my driver’s side view mirror. Also during this 1.5 hour circus, they had the bright idea to climb onto the hood of my car to try opening the door from, I’m guessing they would call this a better vantage point. At any rate, they left a dent and scratches on the hood of my truck!!! I am throughly disgusted and would never recommend this company for roadside assistance!! EVER!!!!

I felt confident in their work as they carefully explained all the repairs that were performed. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable and negotiable. More recently, when I decided to lease a new vehicle, I naturally turned to Auto Go again. The leasing process was seamless. Their team guided me through every step of the process, ensuring that I was satisfied with every detail.
