I called this place after my truck window was broken and explained clearly that I had two options: either go through insurance and pay a $500 deductible, or pay out of pocket depending on the cost. I gave the gentleman the exact year, make, model of my truck and specified that I needed an exact replacement window. They told me the glass had to be ordered, which took three days. When they finally installed it, I immediately noticed a significant gap between the window and the truck. I asked if that was normal and was told yes, which later turned out to be false. It became clear they installed the wrong window and never informed me they were using a different piece of glass than what I requested. When I tried to get them to correct their mistake, they attempted to shift the blame onto me. Only after I stated that I had a recording of the original call and played it back did they finally admit they lied and tried to cover it up. Even after acknowledging their error, they refused to fix it. This place does not give you what you ask for, they give you what they happen to have in stock and hope you don’t notice. On top of that, their customer service was unprofessional and dismissive. Be very cautious. The pricing may seem appealing, but the service, workmanship, and honesty are extremely poor.

These guys came to the house AND finished the job within the scheduled window. They were courteous and thorough. I wanted to see how it works and they didn't mind me watching and asking questions about the whole process. You might say...they were completely.....transparent. But seriously, great work. The car was older with minor rust, which they sanded out pretty well before sealing in the new one. See photo for finished product. Mine was insured, so I cannot comment on price. No clue.

This place literally saved us. Huge chunk of ice hit our windshield on the interstate on our way back to Nashville and did SUCH incredible damage. Danny took care of us and was 1. So easy to get in touch with 2. Got us in right away 3. Was able to work with our insurance so easily and we were out of there in no time. Amazed at how fast this process was and how kind the staff was. Incredible customer service and HIGHLY recommend.
