I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Burke Rehab in Scarsdale. From the moment you walk through the door, the staff at the reception desk make you feel welcome, organized, and genuinely cared for. My physical therapist, Nicole, has been absolutely incredible. Her expertise, patience, and constant encouragement kept me motivated and helped me make amazing progress throughout my recovery. I am also so grateful to Hanna and Naomi, who provided fantastic support and ensured every session was seamless and positive. I’ve always had a great impression of Burke Outpatient Rehabilitation & Therapy. They have multiple locations, and this new Scarsdale site is both the closest to me and the newest one. Even though I had to wait a few months to get an appointment here, it was worth it — I’ve tried many other physical therapy places over the years, and Burke is still the best, period. This time, I was treated by Naomi and later Matthew for my long-standing chronic neck pain. As a software engineer, the neck pain has bothered me for years and recently started causing even more issues. After working with Naomi and Matthew, I finally started feeling better. More importantly, they taught me how to take care of my neck on my own even after my sessions ended. The long-term self-care strategies I learned from them are something I’ll actually remember and use. Both Naomi and Matthew were very professional, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I could tell they genuinely cared about me and my progress. I’ve learned so much here, and if you’re looking for excellent physical therapy, don’t hesitate to come to Burke.
