The owner of this business knew my family for decades and ripped me off so horribly that I wonder how they treat strangers. My car was brought in to replace rusted rocker panels in summer of 2020. This shop held my car hostage for three weeks and I was charged $1,000 for their “service”. A yellow paint line was left on my car, but was concealed with tape. I was later told by a trusted mechanic that what was done to my car is what they do at dealerships to sell cars. My car is rusting not even a year after their “repairs” and I was told my rocker panels are in pretty bad shape. I wouldn’t recommend this business to anyone, even if they were in dire need. This business is unorganized and they lack integrity.

Been going here for 2 years. Did my rear brakes .. pads and rotors 2 times in the last 5 months had to pay both times.. now rear rotors are pulsating. I got a second opinion and rear lug nuts extremely over tightened.. had martys look at it and they say its a caliper. So now they want me to pay for the caliper. I have spent close to $5000 their on my 2 vehicles plus my familys cars. They rearly call with an estimate and never call with updates and when vehicle is done.. plus dishonesty is rampent. Told me i needed $1800 exhaust repair and mufflerman laughed and did the proper repair for $700 & showed me my entire exhaust system.

These people have no idea what they are doing when it comes to servicing a vehicle. I have had 4-5 or more sets of brake pads replaced within a year. Maybe more I will count the receipts they gave me. And a few times they did not give me receipts. The owner is a very unprofessional character. Please steer clear of this place for service work. Lesson learned. What a poor excuse for a service garage. One star is too much for them. Zero stars should be an option. I think I will have better luck elsewhere.
