My experience with Precision auto body...... The young lady in the office , great However...... The owner towed my minivan off the Taconic Pkwy during a light snow storm (it was very cold out) instead of towing the vehicle to his lot, where i was to meet and pick up the car AND THE DRIVER, He left the car on the side of Rt. 52 with my driver outside the car and took the key so he couldn't stay warm inside. I guess towing a few more cars for a few more dollars is more important the giving a crap about leaving a person in the cold on the side of the street for an hour. WOW GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, REAL CLASS!!!!! I wonder if this was his son or daughter if he would do the same.

Outstanding work, highest quality, extremely thorough. Thank you for repairing our BMW X5 after an accident on the Taconic. It took 3 and half months with multiple rounds of repairs and approvals required from the insurer and BMW - but the end result was definitely worth it.

They did an amazing job matching the paint color on my car. Car has a metallic flake in it and it looks no dispersed perfectly. All gaps line up like factory. Also buffed whole car and cleaned inside. Doug and Jay we're great to deal with and worked with Allstate so I didn't have to deal with Allstate. As you can see in oics you couldnt tell it's been hit
