Really enjoying living here so far! The move-in was easy, and everyone I’ve met has been kind and welcoming. The gym is great, and I love the design throughout the building, chill vibes!:)

Many apartments have suffered from leaks when it rains. Management have responded by turning the courtyard and roof into a junkyard and left it in disrepair for over a month with piles of junk and ripped up trees everywhere. There is a half hearted tape for “safety”. Amenity fees have not been reduced. Would not recommend renting here if you value safe, clean community spaces and responsive management. Do rent here if you enjoy being treated like a chump.

Communication with the management office is clear, prompt, and respectful, which builds trust and makes residents feel heard and supported. They are proactive in sharing important updates and always available to address any concerns. Overall, the experience of living here is elevated by the dedication, efficiency, and warmth of both the staff and management.
