they work really fast! I had to do multiple appointments due to some complications but there were always openings. people who handle visas are lovely, and some lobby staff are also lovely. they need to fix a problem in their website though. I believe if you pick "drop a document", and try booking a visa appointment for the same slot, it will let you do so without giving a warning that on that day there are actually no available slots, making you waste a trip. some lobby staff are not kind as other commentators mentioned, and also not very good with pronouns. yet the speed in which the consulate operates is really remarkable!

The staff are really nice and professional. I had an emergency and need to apply for a Schengen visa ASAP. They tried their best to help. Though I didn’t get the visa in the end, it’s not their fault. They are probably the only people I met in the last few days that have sympathy.
