Allow me to help you. This ATM vestibule is NOT open 24 hours; much to the chagrin of the entire neighborhood. The hours here are literally bankers hours. Monday through Friday. 9a-5p. Saturday hours are 9a-2p. A separate sign appears to indicate opening at 7am. However unproven thus far. And Closed on Sundays. They are not even a minute off schedule. The entire branch is closed including the ATM vestibule which has its card reader disabled in the off hours. To add insult to injury, this unfortunate schedule also restricts access to the very “convenient” Amazon locker. Perhaps Amazon is unaware or has little influence with JP Morgan. Nonetheless, it is all around quite dumb. Every branch of every bank in the world leaves the ATM vestibule open to card access after hours. Except these jerks. Sign the petition to replace the management here.

Vestibule is never open when they say it is. Hours online are not up to date. Having this many complaints on Google Reviews and not doing anything to fix it is absurd. I wonder what corporate would have to say if I email them.

The ATM vestibule had been marked incorrectly in Maps. The entrance is on Gold/Flatbush Extension near Myrtle.
