The superintendent Theo is actually one of the more despicable superintends I have ever come across. Not only is he patronizing and disrespectful to women, he came into our unit unannounced, sans permission, then lied to management when he was confronted about it. There are massive roaches in the building, and the management is not what it once was. Steer clear.

With everchanging their legal company name, could not be trusted with money and your safety. If you planning to move to Westview, I strongly suggest getting a lawyer on a retainer basis, case this property manager along with their super, make them quite poossibly the WORST management in New York City, period

Moved to Westview earlier in the year. Couldn’t be happier about our condo, location, the building and amenities. The staff - from door people, management office to the super couldn’t be more friendly, helpful and attentive. A quick walk to Motorgate is convenient for us to access our car and no waiting list at the time for reserved resident parking. The MTA train switch to the M during commuting hours has been seamless and a huge improvement when only the F ran. I can usually get a seat which was unheard of in the past. Nearby farmers market is so nice to have every weekend. Cherry blossom trees right outside on the promenade. So highly recommend Westview and the NYC oasis - Roosevelt Island!!
