Not honest person big Scam and liar Be careful people don’t Bring your Truck Kenworth dealership this shop I Tow my Truck Different shop they fix my truck one day 700 labor 350 Tow Truck cost $1050 total I would not recommend this shop based on our experience. My semi truck was kept here for over two months. During that time, communication was inconsistent and often required repeated follow-up just to get updates. We were repeatedly told the repair was progressing, yet there was little transparency about what was actually being done. After more than 60 days in their possession and nearly $2800 in charges, the truck was returned in essentially the same condition — the original issue was not resolved. For an owner-operator, that kind of downtime is devastating. Being without a truck for two months means lost contracts, lost income, and serious financial strain. The most frustrating part was not just the cost — it was the lack of accountability. We were strung along with assurances instead of clear explanations. If the shop was unable to diagnose or repair the issue, that should have been communicated early and honestly so other options could be explored. Professional repair shops should provide: • Clear diagnostics • Transparent pricing • Realistic timelines • Honest communication Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Don’t bring your truck to get repaired here as an owner operator. They will sit on it for 2 months and keep asking for approval of random diagnostics. Towed my truck out of there and got it fixed in 1 day with 70% less price than they quoted after having wasted 2 months.
