Superb and accommodating customer service! We were given a brand new shiny truck for our purpose. Any questions I had, I called and had instant satisfaction over the phone. I want to say too this was very close to my house and much nicer, cleaner, and user friendly than the competitors.

Management under the leadership of John is very poor. Customer service from Allyson is no better One of the 4 Trucks broke down at a gas station on a Holiday weekend. Montgomery office had no rentals available and said to call roadside Roadside advised they couldn’t swap out the trucks. After emptying the full truck and no time slot for when they would arrive they advised to leave the keys so they can get the truck. Fast forward 8 weeks and they hit us with a bill for abandonment. Management staff said corporate called and said we promised to pay the tow bill of their broken down truck. Asked to speak to corporate and they would not provide the number. We rent a fleet of trucks every year for 6 months. Lesson learned We will not be back. Terrible experience
