River Run Playground is such a great spot for kids and families on the Upper West Side. The layout is fun, creative, and keeps children entertained for a long time, especially with the water features and climbing areas. Everything feels safe, clean, and well maintained, which makes it easy to relax while the kids play. There’s plenty of seating for parents and nice shade on warmer days. The atmosphere is friendly, and it’s easy to meet other families here. Overall, it’s one of the best playgrounds in the area and definitely worth visiting.

I'm from beautiful San Diego and we don't have anything like this interactive playground. The sandbox shaped like a sand sculpture was awsome!! pavement around the play area could be smoother. Kids don't seem to mind!

The River Run playground is very nice. It located near 83rd street. It has a spacious bathroom. It has a sandbox area, a swings area, a slides area, and the water play area with a river. The kids put their toys on the water river to make boats. So cute! There are a lot of shades to keep me cool and comfy during the summer.
