I will never, ever go here again. They were rude, charged me and preformed procedures I never asked for or authorized, and they were complicit unapologetic. I asked for a diagnosis for why my check engine light was on. Instead, without ever being authorized to fix anything, they fixed the issue and did an inspection, also without authorization or even request. So I was charged for a handful of things I never even requested. When I was picking up my car, I, of course, brought this up (very kindly, suggesting maybe it was a misunderstanding) to the lady working the desk. She was extremely rude and unapologetic. I had to pay full price for everything, even though I didn't ask for any of it. I wasn't even apologized to. Because of her attitude, I genuinely wonder if it wasn't just a "misunderstanding." I am extremely disappointed that I was ripped off and taken advantage of. Do yourself, and your wallet, a favor and don't go here.
