When we walked in we were immediately greeted by Carlos who was immediately helpful with giving us a bag for discretion, asking us any questions about if it was our first time. once we got settled in what we were going to get Olivia came and helped us out answering questions and showed us different products. As we were at the register and a great amount of deals were applied. A mom tried to come in with her stroller and her looking like 9 year old daughter she was told by Carlos and Olivia that the children couldn't come in she said she act like she didn't understand so Carlos said it again in Spanish she came in and got an immediate attitude with them because her kids couldn't come in I think that the way Carlos and Olivia handled the situation with very very effective and professional would definitely come back and recommend 10 out of 10
