I will never go to this place, nor will any of my family members. I pulled up to park to pay for something at the business in the adjacent parking lot. There were at least eight empty parking spots at Cloverhill Tire and Auto Center, but none at the adjacent business that I was going to be at for approximately five minutes max. So I parked my car at Cloverhill Tire and Auto Center. In their defense, there was a sign that indicated that parking there was for customers only, but from the angle that I pulled in at, and where I parked, the sign was not visible, so I did not see it. Regardless of the fact that they had at least eight empty spots, I understand the company's reasoning behind people not parking there, if they are going to the adjacent business. That being said, the way this situation was handled was shocking. An employee came out and started immediately yelling and screaming at me. He told me to move my car and then they asked me if I would park at my neighbor's house Instead of my own house. I told him I was sorry, that there was no parking at the next-door business, and that I would be less than five minutes, but the yelling and the screaming continued and intensified. The employee became more and more irate and aggressive, and it was very clear that he was going to stand there until I moved my vehicle, about 5 feet over, so that it was along the lot of the adjacent business. I understand that the company has a policy that they are enforcing. That being said, considering that I was unaware, I don't feel that the situation required yelling, screaming, and aggressive behavior. I have teenage drivers and there is no way that I would let them anywhere near this employee because he clearly has some serious anger management problems. His response was threatening, aggressive, and completely unnecessary. I have never been treated like that from a business. A polite, "ma'am would you please move your car," would have been entirely sufficient in this situation. (I did move the car).

This place is a joke, they will reject your inspection for something that isn't cause for rejection in an attempt to gouge you and try and talk you into unnecessary replacements, and openly admit that the rejection was not necessary when you decline the repair. Lost my business and I heavily suggest avoiding this shop.
