One of the worst run branch....so badly managed ....i had to wait for like an hour just to.get my debit card replacement...when i asked Ms. Fazli she mentiomed its Monday its like that. I deal alot with Maybank one person who is really efficient is En. Fakhrulrazi from their Hp Centre. The banking sector shud learn and emulate how the Hp Cemter is run. I think the person managing the branch has failed.

I have been with this branch since they were in Delancy Street the staff there are always helpful and they always solve any problems that I have. I just wish that they would stay open longer it would be very helpful especially for those who can't make it to the bank before 4pm.

Popular bank is the worst bank I have ever worked with- across the board staff is inadequate and unhelpful. I am shocked they are still in existence. I would be very cautious with checking everything you have with them including the 1099 they send to you at the end of the year they made multiple mistakes and are unwilling to admit to them.
