Look—when you pull into the place you’re not going to be impressed. They salvage parts from wrecked campers and have a large inventory of used and new parts with limited space so it looks like a camper graveyard. But don’t let it fool you. If you are in need of parts or repairs and don’t want to be ripped off by dealership techs replacing parts that aren’t the issue and overcharging you then this is the place to go. I have a 2021 travel trailer that had slide issues since day one. I took it to multiple dealerships trying to get the issues resolved with expensive parts replacements that never solved the problems. Took it to Carney’s last year and their troubleshooting found a pinched wire from manufacturing. Issue resolved and slide works great. And they hardly charged me anything for it. Then this year refrigerator compressor died and they sold me a matching refrigerator they salvaged from a wrecked trailer. Fridge they sold me was like new and they only charged me $650 (price included them coming to campsite installing new fridge and taking away the old one). A new fridge and dealership replacement would have easily cost me $2500.
