The gate keeper was rude and hostel, When we were dumping yard waste. No signs as to how yard waste is to be dumped just a sign that says Yard Waste. We had bags of grass and we're putting it in the appropriate dumpster. He adv us to go to a land fill instead. Threw places in area when we didn't know where they were. Then questioned why we were there if we were not from the area. We just move to Elizabeth be City less than a year ago. We don't know if all the surroundings. NOT a welcoming place. The man needs to be coached on how to speak to the public, questions and discovery is the key to good customer service. 3/16/2019

Man I just love this place their so respectful ever since that new guy started working their I think he go by the name Darnell he is very helpful I don't even got to get out the car Everytime I go their cause he takes care the trash for me I just love it I just woke up out my sleep had to say that but that's the best dump site ever to go to

Ever since the pandemic started it has actually become great here. The workers don’t get too close to us any more. Before Covid, a white chubby man would practically be on our heels as we were throwing our trash away and also the short stocky black woman.
