One star because I can’t give a zero. Let’s just say. I called him for a Toyota matrix he said he’d drop the price from 4,950 to 4,400 and when I got to the auto shop he proceeded to tell me and my family 4,500… which I drove from Massachusetts to get this car and I have 4,400 in cash in hand. You could feel a few things wrong with the car regardless. Drove smoothly don’t get me wrong it’s fixable but at what cost? I drove less then 40 miles and the check engine light came on for the 02 sensor. I was already around Stafford springs so I had given him a call… asking him what do we wanna do. And of course im asked to pay half for the 02 sensor. On the paper I received from orielys from the scan it said 02 sensor stored and then 02 sensor pending. Like he’d cleared the check engine light long enough for me to test drive but surely enough time to get the money as he proceeded to come on right after 50 miles. So I went to Stafford so he could run the scanner as well and proceeds to wipe it AGAIN. And said it shouldn’t come on for 1-2 days and Ifo so THEN he’ll order the part for me to pay him half for it ??? what a loser dealer selling lemon cars. I’ll in fact buy the 02 sensor my damn self. And I’ll replace it my damn self ? wouldn’t want him to wipe the check engine light again AND scam me from my money some more surely out of me you were trying to earn your whole 4,950. But that’s not the case. Will be fixing all that’s wrong with this car surely on my own because it has fairly well mileage for a Toyota but I will not be reliant on this weirdo. Please save yourself a couple thousand and get from a more reliable dealer shop this is NOT the place to go.

Dave is great, probably the only honest car salesman in the business, a real standup guy. He'll make sure you get a good car for a good price, and if any issues do come up, he takes care of it quickly and without any question. I'll definitely get my next car from him.

The salesman DAVE was the WORST I've ever dealt with! Tried to sell me a car that was listed for $2950 that wouldn't even start, he had to jump it! Took it for a test drive, wouldn't start again when I turned it off! He said"it's from sitting , it's the battery" . I said "how do you know it's not the starter?" He said Ehhhjhj, whatever is "we'll take care of it"! He sounded like a lieing through his teeth sleazy salesman. ? So I asked if he would budge on the price a lil. He says NAHHHH, it's my kids, and he won't take anything under 2950. I laughed and left. Then I'm on Marketplace and my girl (who was with me on the test drive sees that exact car for the same price. She offers him 2500, the same amount we offered AT the damn dealership ???! He says he'll do it! ? I contact him also on Marketplace. I try the same offer, NAHHHH Can't do it! ???These people are NOT TRUSTWORTHY. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM! RUN ?‍♂️!
