5 stars all around for Carjoy and Alexa Harlem! I reached out while exploring a few lease options, and within hours Alexa had multiple offers that beat dealership pricing by a long shot. The next day, my new car was delivered to my house and they took my old one with them - completely seamless. The communication, follow-up, and overall service were outstanding and Alexa is amazing. We’ll absolutely be using Alexa and Carjoy again and won’t car shop any other way. Highly recommend!

Used Lex at Car Joy to lease a Landrover defender 130 and it was the best experience ever. Quick, easy and convenient and got me the best price after I had initially called around to dealerships myself. Electronically signed and paid the deposit, and she personally delivered the car right to my office to accommodate my hectic schedule! I never had heard of a car broker before and was nervous at first but now I will never use a dealership again. Call and ask for Alexa aka Lex - she is AMAZING!!

Alexa was so amazing and helpful throughout this whole process Of leasing my new Acura ADX! When trying to find a deal, I touched base with a local dealer to see if they could find competitive pricing.
