I initially chose this shop because their pricing was fair and I’d heard good things about their work. Before service, I explained that I’d be taking this car on a long road trip soon after and needed the issue fully resolved. I brought my Audi A6 in for a PCV-related code and the shop replaced the PCV valve but did not replace the breather hose. After getting the car back, I was told it had been “tested,” so I assumed the issue was fixed. Unfortunately, once I got to Florida, the same exact problem reappeared — same code, same symptoms. I’m now out nearly $4,000 and still facing the same issue I originally brought the car in for. A quick search shows that it’s standard practice to replace the breather and related hoses when servicing the PCV system on these engines. I specifically mentioned I wanted to bring my own full FCP Euro kit, which includes all necessary components, but the shop declined and insisted on sourcing parts themselves, and after checking part numbers on the receipt, these turned out to be incomplete for this repair. I’m genuinely disappointed because I trusted this shop to handle the repair thoroughly, especially given that I was upfront about my travel plans and willingness to pay for preventive parts. I still hope they’ll review this situation and make it right, because I wanted to be a long-term customer here.

Euro Automotive does excellent work with reasonable prices. Joe and Joe and all who work with them are knowledgeable and experienced. They have been taking care of my daughter's and my cars for years. They are honest, reliable and always have the car ready at the time they promised. They are also kind.. I had a family emergency last week and they took my car the same day to replace my brakes. I highly recommend them and would never think of going anywhere else for repairs or service.
