There is not enough great things to say about Farmers Towing. I was stuck in a ditch for 2 days in the snow from Jan.15 - 17, 2022 waiting on AAA who has now become an absolutely worthless service for drivers in need. I finally began googling local tow companies and Farmers Towing were the only ones that would answer their phones. They were up front and said they were extremely busy but at least gave me a time frame they would be coming and would call with their ETA. They did just that and were at my my location within 10 minutes of their eta. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful and had us on our way in no time. Prices were extremely reasonable as well. Highly recommend! Adam and his crew are knowledgeable and compassionate. My husband, our toddler, and I were vacationing in town and far way from home when we ran into engine problems. The employees helped us in every way possible, made sure we could get what we needed, and helped us get back home safe. Experience good overall but learned something interesting. They no longer come out and connect the computer in your vehicle to check for codes. They will let you connect the tester and run it yourself however. Not sure if this is the policy at all Auto Zone locations or just this one.
