I brought my car here after I purchased it bc I was told they checked the transmission fluid which they did not and I drove it hours. They also said they checked the windshield wiper fluid and when I went to wash my windshield and there was no windshield washer fluid, I realize that something was not right. I called Walmart and they told me to bring my car back and they would fix it so I had to drive it an hour. When I arrived at the auto center, they told me they could not put transmission fluid in it because it had some kind of sealed system and they couldn't work on it. I only drove it there because I thought that they were going to fix it. Don't bring your car here!!!!

We just had an outstanding experience at the West Jefferson Wal-Mart auto center. We arrived certain we needed to replace a flat tire after a severe puncture. The staff did a thorough inspection and told us the tire was repairable. Rather than spend $170 on a new tire and install, we spent $10 on a patch - because of their honesty. Their integrity and service can’t be beat. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us!
