“Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Called ahead to check for 99-04 Mustangs. Specifically for headlights, and front bumper cover. This incredibly rude Lady answered the phone and I asked if they had any. The entire time speaking she had the most distasteful tone, and cut me off several times. She asked if mine was a 99, and I said that it was 2003, but those specific parts between those years are easily interchangeable. I didn’t even get to finish that sentence before she cut me off and said “no my interchange system tells me what fits.” Before hanging up on me. You guys need to hire someone that for one, doesn’t treat customers like this, because it also just lost you guys a sale. and two, get someone that actually knows what they are talking about and what parts fit what vehicles. If you’re a potential customer reading this, there are much better places and people to give your money to. Update: went and purchased some headlights from a 99 mustang and guess what, they fit! It’s almost as if she doesn’t know what she’s talking about.”
