They dont deserve the 1 star im giving them but...Google. Believe the 1 star reviews. I am sitting at 21 Motors as I type this. It's my 2nd trip down here. I was here about a month ago for a back passenger side door. They brought out the back drivers side door which I did not notice at the time. I got the door home & put it in my building until my paint guy could get to it. Thats when realized they had sold me the wrong door. I called them & they still had the back passenger side door on the same car that the wrong came off of. I was not asking for a refund. All I asked was to exchange one door for the other OFF THE SAME DAMN CAR. The one I needed was $20 more which I had no problem giving them $20 more. I would've given them an extra $20 for the trouble of EXCHANGING doors from THE SAME DAMN CAR. Nope. Sold as is & my fault she got the wrong door after telling her 3 times over the phone & another 3 times in person. This was the first time I had ever gone to a junk yard for parts. She does this for a living. Again, not asking for a refund just a simple swap of doors FROM THE SAME DAMN CAR. On top of being unreasonable ( they werent losing anything by exchanging) the woman behind the counter is rude as hell. As soon as I get the door I need & roll out of this place, I will not be back. I suggest you dont bother bc judging by the reviews, screwing people over is their business model. Even if you get a part under warranty & bring your receipt they wont honor it. They sure as hell wont do something as reasonable as swapping the wrong door for the right door OFF THE SAME DAMN CAR. Screw these people. It's not worth coming down here & having to deal with rudeness & ridiculousness. Go elsewhere

Recently purchased a used side mirror for a 2014 Acura TL from 21motors.<br><br>I've dealt with automotive salvage yards from a business standpoint for nearly 20 years and my biggest complaint is how behind the times most of them are as far as digital communication.<br><br>I spoke with them on the phone regarding a part they showed available on "Car-Part" and they were very straightforward and helpful.<br><br>21Motors texted me photos of the actual part within 24 hours and I was thoroughly impressed.<br>Once confirmed; the part was immediately shipped out and I had it very soon thereafter.<br><br>Outstanding communication, peerless customer service and expedited shipping that was packaged perfectly and safely.<br><br>I'm hoping that if I need parts in the future they will them.<br><br>What a great experience. 21Motors is so far ahead of the game in an industry that needs to get with the times.<br><br>Thanks!

Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. Called ahead to check for 99-04 Mustangs. Specifically for headlights, and front bumper cover. This incredibly rude Lady answered the phone and I asked if they had any. The entire time speaking she had the most distasteful tone, and cut me off several times. She asked if mine was a 99, and I said that it was 2003, but those specific parts between those years are easily interchangeable. I didn’t even get to finish that sentence before she cut me off and said “no my interchange system tells me what fits.” Before hanging up on me. You guys need to hire someone that for one, doesn’t treat customers like this, because it also just lost you guys a sale. and two, get someone that actually knows what they are talking about and what parts fit what vehicles. If you’re a potential customer reading this, there are much better places and people to give your money to. Update: went and purchased some headlights from a 99 mustang and guess what, they fit! It’s almost as if she doesn’t know what she’s talking about.
