Not only did they show up earlier than they said, not only did they beat their estimate but we, considering the circumstances absolutely enjoyed the company of our driver, Nate. Polite, professional, compassionate and an absolute pleasure to have a conversation with. He took us to the mechanic, made sure we were set there and then drove us to our hotel on the completely other side of town. You don’t find customer service like this everyday, and because of them my daughter made it to her final cheerleading event. Thank you!Service: Car towing

After being unable to make it through an ice storm, ODOT had my car towed by this company which stuck me with an excessive bill of hundreds of dollars. Then they stated that all the money had to be paid up front, and if I didn't take the car right away there would be a $30 per day storage fee. To add insult to injury, when my wife came to pick up the car and attempted to pay with a check, they didn't want to take it at first and made her "promise" that this check would go through. They stated that we had to understand that if it didn't, they would be stuck with rejection fee, etc. My wife explained to them that they needed to understand how this was going to affect us for Christmas. There are plenty of other towing services in this region to choose from. I suggest everyone look elsewhere if they need one!
We then I bought my Corvette they had to fix a fuel problem then delivere it in 3 days. There shop couldn't figure out the problem no computer to tell them what part to replace they had to out source the repair. After a week and a half of good dry weather they delivered my car to Union from Baker City going thru Medical Springs in a blizzard my car showed up covered with chemicals, dirt and road grim. I won't buy anything else from them very poor customer service.
