5 stars to Five star towing!! I was also stranded at a rest stop due to girlfriend accidentally flushing car keys down the toilet!! Lol. Our insurance contacted Five star towing and the owner Doug showed up faster than the other companies ETA. . Really good guy, much appreciated!! Thanks Five Star Towing!!

Terrible service. I was stranded at a rest stop and my insurance company contacted 5 star to come jump start us. They told us it would take about 25 mins. After a half hour I called 5 star towing to ask where they where and if the directions where correct. The owner, I assume, told me it would be 25 mins as he hadn't left yet. I told him my insurance company said he would be here in 25 mins and he told me he didn't need me and that I needed him. I was amazed that someone in the service industry would talk to a client that way and said nothing but ok. I contacted my insurance company and explained what happened. They sent another company within 15 minutes. I also got verification from my insurance company when they called 5 star back that I cancelled his call,which I did no such thing.

Just got stuck in the side of the freeway... in less than an hour was saved with a few gallons of gas! Thank you so much!!!!
