Today I experienced that dreaded thing of trying to purchase a car without the best of credit. When I walked into the dealership I was greeted with smiles a handshake and a feeling like they were rolling out the red carpet for little old me. The experience was phenomenal. The representative that worked with me whom by the way his name is Bradley was very informative and very pleasant. I explained to him the features I needed in this car and we went right to the SUV that was meant for me. I had a relatively small amount of junk I needed removed from my property. I contacted Junk Out Services and spoke with Dana. I sent her a photo of the items to be removed and she estimated a price of $160. She scheduled a pick up within the week of my call. On pick up day Wes arrived and told me it would be $125 as the amount of junk was not as much as the photos seemed to show.At all times, Dana and Wes were very polite, friendly, professional. Dana did a great job of communicating and coordinating the pick up. Wes was thorough and did a great job collecting everything then cleaning up after the job was completed.They are fantastic from start to finish and I give them my highest recommendation.

Such a great experience. We met Jeff, the store manager, who is extremely knowledgeable about accessories for our side by side. He did not try and just sell accessory items to us, but instead, really listened to us and made great suggestions. Definitely will be back to buy whatever it is that we decide is right for us in the future.

Cottonwood is known for flaky service people. "Got Junk?" is certainly not one of them. They are super professional. He answers his phone when you call, commits to a time, follows up and follows through, and charges what he said he was going to charge. Highly recommend this service. Came thru with parts in a pinch! Traveling from Denver thru Moab, Byrce, Page Az, to Grand Canyon when rented RV battery failed. Service Rep Rick took our call, found the RV battery needed and made the process very easy. Flagstaff NAPA was an unplanned stop but very necessary- we had not turned off the RV(precautionary) for about 6 hrs straight …including diesel fill ups. Thank you Rick! We made it to Grand Canyon and talked to many of the RV service providers you recommended.Battery was replaced at our camping ground the next morning.

Off road trash company has been one of the greatest companies to work with. They truly value their customers and want to provide the best quality of service (and they do!). When I interact with them I don't feel like I'm talking to a company - I feel like I'm talking to a neighbor who is looking out for me. I never thought I'd have so much love for a trash service, but I do!

We were stranded 25 miles from Kingman. We had been there since 3 am on a Saturday. I called him and he returned my called same day. He was the only mechanic that was able to help us. He usually doesn't open on saturdays. He understood the bind we were in. He said he will do the best to get us back on the road. He was able to get us the part we need. The fuel pump, and he tried to get us the best price. Thank you for calling us back and getting us back on the road same day. Many shops in the are were closed or weren't available until Tuesday. I've used this service twice now for removing remodel materials. The first time because they had better prices and better response time. The second time because they have better prices, response time, and are super quick. You really can't go wrong with these guys if you got a bunch of junk to get rid of affordably and quickly.
