Address:3301 153rd St NE, Surrey, ND (Zipcode: 58785)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:Closedif I could give zero star's I would I bought alternator for my truck from these guys and it wasn't any good and when I tried bringing it back to see if he would let get one that worked, I was told very rudely I don't do exchanges on electrical. And not really my complaints. here's my complaint, i was there helping a friend take off a part when this much older gentleman come walking by looking for his part's which just so happened to be a back row of seat's. it was 86 degrees out yesterday and this guy had to be pushing 80 if not older. they sent this guy on a wild goose chase and wouldn't give this old boy any customer service at all. even though it was none of my business I stop what I was doing to help him out I pulled the seat's out for him and carried the seat all the way to the office and after he paid him the owner wouldn't even help him load the seat's up. I mean come dude I knew your dad and I've got to say your the total opposite to him. your dad was honest, nice and a fair man!! Not you your an asshole if I do say so myself your rude and you only care about money. I guess that's the only bad thing I can say about your dad, is that dropped the ball when it came to showing you morales and respect!! Sorry not sorry

Address:11551 33rd St SE, Valley City, ND (Zipcode: 58072)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedWe drove all the way from Washington state to have our car worked on at Gille's. Great people and prices, plus they got us in within 2 weeks!
Refused to sell me a $1000 part because they didn’t like that my billing address is in another state from where I wanted the part shipped. Tried to explain that we travel full time in our RV and use a permanent address from a mail box store, like every single other person that full time rv’s. Instead she was laughing at me on the phone and refused to sell. I bought online and they canceled/refunded my order after the fact without so much as a phone call to clear the situation up.

Address:1730 E Main Ave, Bismarck, ND (Zipcode: 58501)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedBest experience I have had there since I have ever went there. The sales associate that I dealt with was employee #2 ( got that from sales receipt) can't remember his name but if I go back I will definitely ask him and update this review and get his name. Thanks again and thanks for the great knowledgeable customer service
Great service and good facility.
Not sure how this place has managed to get a 4 star rating. I’ve dealt with this place a handful of times over the past 15 years and they’ve always been pretty useless. I honestly have no clue what they do to stay in business, I suspect there’s pretty shady stuff happening behind closed doors. Haven’t been here for almost 10 years but I needed a door panel for my pickup, figured I’d give them another shot since recent reviews looked good. I thought they maybe were under new management. Walked in and there isn’t anyone inside, you talk to a guy on a computer. Well, after that charade, he told me he needed a whole day to research a basic door panel for a Chevy pickup. Finally heard 2 days later that they don’t have anything which I find INCREDIBLY hard to believe. I had also asked about some stock rims and a pickup box. He just ignored those requests and told me to buy a door panel on eBay. So much for trying to keep my money local. Go to 7th Ave Auto if you need something, they’re not great either but they’re a hell of a lot better than this place if you don’t wanna leave Fargo. The place never fails to shock me with how bad it is. I don’t know anyone who has ever had a good experience with Hazers. Anyone I have ever talked to said they’re terrible. What’s the deal? Why are you still in business? I wish someone who actually cares about the community would buy this place and turn it around. Til then, they’re just an eyesore that doesn’t contribute anything to Fargo. It’s shameful.
They towed me and the folks who tried to help me out on a miserable, windy and cold Minot day. The owner and the driver were so helpful and kind. I would and do recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

Address:2293 Business Loop, Mandan, ND (Zipcode: 58554)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedA good place to buy parts, I’ve been to Johnson enough now to have figured out the system. Go in and ask nicely where the parts are you’re looking for and take them off yourself, bring them in and haggle the price with them and you will get a better deal. One time they even gave me a pop.

Address:1915 2nd Ave W, Williston, ND (Zipcode: 58801)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedGood for parts but tools are marked wrong and will charge you for the "updated" price. Man told me tag was from 2021 and he couldn't refund me. You would think a jack that old would be lowered in price not raised 60 dollars.

Address:208 Pacific Ave, Thompson, ND (Zipcode: 58278)Phone:Open hours:ClosedStatus:ClosedI prefer to buy from Jim and Shawn I usually pick out 3 or 4 vehicles and test drive until I find the one that feels best to me. Since moving here in the Grand Forks North Dakota area I have bought 4 vehicles from them. I usually keep a used vehicle only 2 years or 3 tops. Their vehicles (the ones I've bought) are very dependable and closest you'll find around(in my opinion) that has vehicles closest to being priced accordingly. We'll, happy shopping, tell them Robert J Landon sent ya or referred them to you. 😊
