Great place always have what I need and always willing to bargain. I'm a regular the one gentleman will even let me pay the next time. He has even thrown me free parts. Good place good people.

My wife and daughter were driving across the country and had white splatter in their engine bay. Being 1000 miles away I couldn’t do anything but could only guess it was coolant and a possible water pump or hose issue. I called Gille Auto (based on these reviews) and they told me to have her come by and they’d get on it right away, but a water pump would be a day or two (no pump for her Prius in town). My wife said she drove in, popped the hood, and they came out and wiped up some of the splatter with his fingers. Felt it, and asked if they’d hit some big puddles. They had driven through Glacier National Park in the rain the day before. He said it was mud, not coolant. Coolant levels were fine. No leaks. He walked away and refused payment. I can’t tell you how much of a kind act this was. The honesty, consideration, and quick response was a huge blessing for us. Thank you!

Their customer service is so amazing.I had a wonderful experience with them few weeks ago when I was looking for a caliper mounting bolt that I couldn’t find anywhere in bis-man auto parts shops. I met a young guy behind the desk who helped me found one and give it for free.His words “ if it works, it’s yours”Thanks guys. My baby is back on the road.

Best experience I have had there since I have ever went there. The sales associate that I dealt with was employee #2 ( got that from sales receipt) can't remember his name but if I go back I will definitely ask him and update this review and get his name. They towed me and the folks who tried to help me out on a miserable, windy and cold Minot day. The owner and the driver were so helpful and kind. I would and do recommend them to anyone who needs a tow.

I just deleted the review that I completed 4 years ago because I noticed that 1 year ago the new owner thanked me for my review. UPDATE! This is not the same place... Yes, you can find some things for a lower cost here, especially if you are doing body work or just need some little missing thing. As far as mechanical parts go, you're better off just ordering from ebay. Their prices have skyrocketed since the new owners took over. I have given the people in the office MULTIPLE opportunities to not piss me off (because hey, to be honest, I'm grumpy sometimes too), but it's just not worth it anymore. It is not just one employee, it has been a multitude of different people that were all rude, and they treat you like you are a criminal. You MUST have a driver's licence. I forgot mine once and ended up having to leave. I laid out on the counter my car registration, my work ID, my bank card, my NRA ID and told them they could hold on to all of that. NO. But I've been a customer here for years and years. There should be a picture of my ID in your computer system. "We changed our system." A year later, I went in for a door panel, pulled it, and got in big trouble for having a small purse hanging from my shoulder. I was asked to leave. Bags are not allowed, so your tools better fit in your pockets, folks. My friends and I used to really enjoy coming here, and if you have the same memories, then you should know that things have changed.

Took my Grandson Jackie out to Johnson's Junkyard in Mandan, North Dakota which is where my Grandpa used to take me when I was a little guy... I would imagine if he ever takes his grandson out there he'll be pointing at junked drones and Teslas

West Fargo Is A Better Place For Ferrous Scrap. Lately these guys sucks!!! Screw u over on weight and prices are too low! Northern steel west fargo is the place to go. Sorry guys I've given u opportunity to redeem ur company to pur top pay service.

Good for parts but tools are marked wrong and will charge you for the "updated" price. Man told me tag was from 2021 and he couldn't refund me. You would think a jack that old would be lowered in price not raised 60 dollars.

I prefer to buy from Jim and Shawn I usually pick out 3 or 4 vehicles and test drive until I find the one that feels best to me. Since moving here in the Grand Forks North Dakota area I have bought 4 vehicles from them. I usually keep a used vehicle only 2 years or 3 tops. Their vehicles (the ones I've bought) are very dependable and closest you'll find around(in my opinion) that has vehicles closest to being priced accordingly. We'll, happy shopping, tell them Robert J Landon sent ya or referred them to you. 😊
