I called for a quote. I was given an acceptable quote within a minute...no back and forth. Once I was ready for my car to be picked up, I called them and they said a dispatcher will call me back to set up a convenient time...schedule set, my car was picked up within 3 minutes of when they said they would be here. Excellent service.

Needed a lithium F80 battery which goes for 2k from the dealer. and these guys took care of me. Also worth noting they do engine replacements and other big jobs on euro’s. They were doing so on a F80 and Rs5. Def would recommend! 👌🏾

I was looking to get rid of my 99 Honda Accord and I went with the first place I called. They were paying me a nice amount, more than I was expecting. I had lost the key to the car and I thought I couldn’t get my stuff out, but he told me no problem don’t worry I’ll get it open. He took off plates and It was such a quick transaction. I will definitely use this company again and he was so nice and professional.

I came to the yard with enough time to unload before they close. since it was my first time by a scrapyard. I asked the worker how it worked. he asked me to show him what I had once he saw what I had he said no I can't drop it off! Because he saw a metal boxspring with a wooden border and cloth. i told him I would take it back with me but he refused to let me in claiming I would go over time with the amount of stuff I had I replied that I had 4 guys with me to help and pleaded with him that I needed to return the truck that day or I would have to pay another day but he and his coworker didn't care and closed the window on me saying they have the right what ever that means. I quickly went to another scrapyard and had no issue i unloaded before this place even CLOSE'S! they didn't either allow the boxspring so I just put it back in to the truck no issue in short they decide who to let in and when not very professional at all

I come here all the time for parts and pieces for my vehicle. Very fair prices, wide variety of vehicles. Most of the time they have what I’m looking for and they allow you to retrieve the item yourself to ensure you have what you want. 10 *

Car was hit in a minor accident which left my drivers side door all scratched... took my car to Jackie over at John's Automotive and not only did they take care of everything, they gave me an amazing deal and were so pleasant to deal with. I just moved to Montclair about 6 months ago but this is the by far the best business experience I have had in the area. If you're in need of quality work on your vehicle from honest people I would highly recommend Jackie and his staff to anyone.

Poor service , I called and they gave me an offer . I counter offered and she said she would ask her boss and call me back . She never called back . I called again and accepted there offer . She told me to call the next day so we can set up a pick up time . I called the next day and she said she would call me back again . She never called and didn’t pick up the phone . Would not recommend them to anyone .

Worker is lazy and don’t want to make that place money he sit on his phones like a teenager mind you I’m 23yo. I heard very good things about this places owner, being a part in this scrap game . Unfortunately he wasn’t there which is probably why buddy refused to pickup a car that a child operating could have grabbed. when you got cars to scrap you know where to find me - the only kid in the game🤝

Called around the Jackson area to see how much I could sell my old beat up Mazda for. These guys were great quoted me a little bit higher than most places I’d called in the area. They even picked up the car from me. Most places were paying a lot less and I had to get it towed to them. When Jimmy arrived to my address the process was so easy and he was amazingly friendly and efficient.
