I called for a quote. I was given an acceptable quote within a minute...no back and forth. Once I was ready for my car to be picked up, I called them and they said a dispatcher will call me back to set up a convenient time...schedule set, my car was picked up within 3 minutes of when they said they would be here. Excellent service.

I recommend not working with this place. They tried to lower the price they quoted over the phone by making nonsensical excuses when they arrived. Considering the scrap car's price was already extremely low, To avoid wasting your time and money, steer clear of this place. (it happened yday, and I'm pretty sure which company I talked to)

I called between 915 and 930 this morning. The man that answered the phone was very nice. Didn’t ask 1 million questions either. I explained what was wrong with my car and it needed pick up. He gave me a decent cash quote , free pick up and within an hour and a half or so they had picked up my car. Perfect service. I had called around to a few places, and they either tried lowballing me or never showed up. I would totally use these people again and highly recommend! My first good experience with this type of situation.
