I’ve been to a lot of scrap yards over the years and GearTronix is by far the best. We needed to get rid of an old suburban and they gave me the best price around & came and got it super fast! The staff is beyond kind and do everything in their power to help you anyway they can! We won’t be using any other scrap yard besides them! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Great people, very honest and kind. Took a drive from Westchester just to go here due to their amazing employees and fast service. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for parts. They also have very good and fair pricing on all of their inventory.

Called this place to ask for a part only to be greeted by a rude salesperson who didn't even care to say hello. I asked them how they take payments and they said cash or zelle only which already sets off alarms. The salesperson kept trying to rush me off the phone and not even take the time to help me telling me they are busy and he doesnt have time to waste answering my simple questions. Despite that I asked if they can take the part off and he said they have to get paid zelle first or I have to come and wait for 1-3 hours while they take the part off. Ok that's fair. So I asked, what if the part is no good or there is a issue with the part condition when I show up for a part I paid ahead for? And that's when this disrespectful salesman answered: "You know what, I will pass on selling this part to you, since you asked me this question" and then he just hung up the phone. To be this disrespectful and nasty with a customer over the phone is absurd and certainly warrants the lowest review possible to make sure that others are aware of the type of bad business this place is. STAY AWAY, take your money elsewhere. Below is after the reply by that person: And now you are misleading with your answer. I never asked you to go and look at the part in your yard. I just asked what if the part is no good when I show up after paying for it in advance. And at that moment you replied "I withdraw my offer to sell you this hood, I'd rather not sell this to you at all" then you hung up the phone. But all I was asking is what your policy is for the customers who pre pay price to seeing the part. You are rude and now you are misleading about what happened. I'm glad I'm leaving this review for the next customer to be aware of how you work and treat people, customers who are inquisitive about your deceptive business practices
