We had engine trouble on the freeway and called B&R. They said it would take them one and a half hour to get to us because they had to finish another job first. About half an hour later, we got a call back from Steven in the office, who said the other job was taking their driver longer than expected, so Steven would come and tow our vehicle himself. He showed up in another half hour or so. Not only did Steven volunteer to drive a tow truck on a day he wasn't meant to, he actually ended up coming earlier than the initial estimate we were given. Went in looking for a car jack and I was told they didn’t have a jack specific to my car model (Rav 4). Like any other business, you reserve the right to refuse service to anyone but be upfront about it, whatever your motivations may be. When I pressed them about the ridiculous notion that a car jack only has to be model specific (they would not give me a ford/chevy jack), the old man got rid of me by saying it’d cost me $75 if they found one. So I went to pull n save and got one for $9.

We got stuck in a ditch on a one-lane county road between Florence and Veneta when we pulled to the side for an oncoming vehicle. We called Rogers and they sent someone out right away. The driver and his helper were friendly and courteous and they were able to get us out of the ditch without damaging the car. The price ended up being less than we expected, given how far out we were. Recommended!

I have a newer car, but the 1999 Lumina needed work. I was so surprised that for new battery, rear brakes, oil change, cost only $432!! Boyd, who answers the phone was so great!!!

I can't give 10 stars, or I would. We broke down off the highway about 25 miles north of Madras. When we called, Jim knew EXACTLY where we were and even described it back to us to ensure he got to the right place. He arrived faster than the speed of light! Not only that, but he was VERY kind and professional. We had a ride coming to get us, but he was still concerned about our well being and safety. He offered to give us a lift into town and was very accommodating. We need more Jim's in the world. I would recommend you call if you're in need. I know I was SO HAPPY and IMPRESSED to have a kind hearted, service oriented, local helping me in my time of need. YOU ROCK JIM!
