My wife broke down near Madras and I called these guys, they towed the car to the lot, fixed it and had her back on the road in 2 hours. Very reasonable price. Thank you.

I can't give 10 stars, or I would. We broke down off the highway about 25 miles north of Madras. When we called, Jim knew EXACTLY where we were and even described it back to us to ensure he got to the right place. He arrived faster than the speed of light! Not only that, but he was VERY kind and professional. We had a ride coming to get us, but he was still concerned about our well being and safety. He offered to give us a lift into town and was very accommodating. We need more Jim's in the world. I would recommend you call if you're in need. I know I was SO HAPPY and IMPRESSED to have a kind hearted, service oriented, local helping me in my time of need. YOU ROCK JIM!

Our drive to Vegas wasn’t the smoothest and ran into car trouble. Thanks to Ira’s, they were able to tow our car away. The gentleman was so welcoming to work with. My son’s car died and he allowed him to say his goodbyes. Paperwork was quick and easy. Thank you for being there when we needed help!
