I was very nervous selling my truck to Copart since I had never heard of them and I’d never done anything like this before. I soon found out I had nothing to be nervous or worried about. Syed was very patient and put me at ease as he explained the process to me. I spoke with a few people there and they were all very professional and friendly… including the tow truck driver that came to get my truck. Overall it went very smoothly and I was given a fair price for my truck. I would highly recommend them and thank them all for putting me at ease with the whole process.

I was in search for a part that I couldn't find in my local area. I called the El Centro, California location and the person who assisted me was friendly and helpful. It was late in the day but wanted to make the hour trip to get the item I needed for my automobile. With that said, the person, said to was the only one in the store and he would put it behind the counter and wait for me to come and get it. I arrived and the person was amazing! He wanted to make sure I was getting the correct part and to ensure I didn't need to get anything else. Overall, I'd say my experience was exceptional!

I called several places Looking for A Break light assembly for a Mercury Milan, this was the best price and more importantly super efficient customer service by Jimmy. He answered the phone each time, he helped me immediately. He texted a photo of the part in like 30 minutes, he accomidated my request to ship to bay area. I zelled the money knowing this was a legit business, he sent pics of the invoice and the boxed breaklight right after our conversation! I'm a big fan of Pick-n-Pull in Rocklin for used auto parts. Their selection here isn’t as vast as their other yards – in fact, I think this is one of the smallest in the area, but that’s okay because I can use their easy online inventory search to see if the make and model of vehicle is there, so I don't waste trips. The staff is friendly and helpful too. My only wish is that their already-great prices were a bit lower, especially on parts for vehicles over 10 years old. But overall, Pick-n-Pull is my top choice for used parts thanks to the selection, convenient website, and service. It's worth shopping around a bit for the best deals on each part, but this is one of my go-to auto salvage yards.

Clean and organized operation. We have bought several units from A1 over the years. They had a low mileage engine pulled and ready to install. It had 116k miles on it and it was easy to install. The guys loaded the motor up for us. We were able to install it with no issues. Now our little Scion is running again! Thank you!!!

Extremely disrespectful. Called about my 1990 Nissan Hardbody and asked him if they still worked on them... Except I had to ask him about 4 times because he kept yelling to the people in his shop. Finally gives me an answer of "no" and hangs up. Don't waste your time here.
