Been talking stuff here for years very friendly curious staff

I like the fact that I found the car I needed, but I didn’t like the fact that she double charged me on a window regulator. Watch out they don’t know what the parts are. The other part was door latch, which looks completely different and is like $8.81 versus $17.90 for the window regulator, I’m not happy that I paid extra. She should’ve thrown in the wheel covers for free since they were all scratched up and she overcharged me. They seemed a little agitated that I came from the yard @ 4:58. I told him that they should just go ahead and close 15 minutes early like they do it all the junkyards in Oklahoma City. I get a little agitated when parts counter people don’t know how to identify parts and they just act like overcharging a customer is an acceptable practice. That’s basically stealing from a customer. I feel like the prices on the parts are very high. Some of the parts were in very poor condition. Some of the parts you can buy brand new on Amazon for cheaper. The junkyards in Oklahoma City throw in extra free parts. Especially if you’re spending $190. If there’s a few clips or some little plastic parts or some little oddball parts they just give them to you for free, because they want you to come back. But I won’t be coming back here.

Always get a fair price just have problems getting a hold of them that's my only reason for a four-star I actually have a converter right now I've been trying to get ahold of him about.

Lots of older and hard-to-find parts, especially vintage Volkswagens. Biggest selection I've seen in a while. Pay a visit before the overgrowth comes up if possible, it gets pretty thick towards the back of the yard.

First time I dumped was great...no problem whatsoever...but the 2nd time when I went with the rest of my material was awful. The woman in the office had no clue...she told me insulation was yard waste and they can't take it even though it was LITERALLY the same pile as the first load. There are a few sticks mixed in where it sat outside and she said they can't take that but can take 2x4s...lady where do you think 2x4s come from??? So I'll wait and come back when the other more knowledgeable people are in I guess...otherwise no idea how to get rid of demolition material. If it wasn't for her I'd give 5 stars.

Needed a seat belt buckle for my kid's car. I called, and they happened to have one on site. They brought the donor car down for us and were courteous and friendly. If I had needed anything else, I would have happily gotten it from here.

Helpful advice. Affordable prices. Very communicative if something goes wrong in the process. Always able to track down a part when I need it. Also a small part of Cleveland history. Family owned! Cool place to work!

First time at this place definitely no complaints an once there.....WOW.... Could not BELIEVE HOW MUCH they carry an the VARIETY.... An some cars other places definitely wouldn't have and I would never be able to own in my lifetime like the newer challengers Bentley's BMWs... And smooth fast and friendly service.. I've already recommended this place to a couple family and friends definitely probably just make them my future One-Stop shop rather than making calls and searching for things they will be my first call... They have inventory all throughout the yard an inventory already pulled in the warehouses

Always a good group of guys to work with! Now if you're looking for the best deals be respectful, bring CASH, and your own tools. Also being respectful means you break as few parts as possible and you do not cut anything.

Paid what I thought was very generous for my mini van. They also stayed late to accommodate me

They are willing to work with any expectations you may have. They are very reliable, if anything ever breaks I no I could come back, hassle free to have it fixed. They are a very nice, small, family owned business

These mfers are lucky I couldn't submit any negative stars. The one guy that is not white used some very nasty words towards me and he kept raising his voice. I told him to his face about it man I'm standing right here you don't have to yell . I'm not listening not of course not I don't use up my important time for your waste of it. I recommend ferrus. They take good care of you and they have good character. And Integrity
