    They are willing to work with any expectations you may have. They are very reliable, if anything ever breaks I no I could come back, hassle free to have it fixed. They are a very nice, small, family owned business

    Was in a bad accident and had car towed after totaling my car. The next day went to get personal things out of the car including work cloths and legal documents. I had to get the law involved because they wouldn't let me get into my own vehicle! They tried to be pushy and all around terrible business behavior. Made a bad situation worse I would never ever use them for anything. Worst service I've ever seen in my life

    Bought an alternator he said didn't know if it worked or not (it didnt) took it back for exchange next one didn't work either got new one from auto store problem solved needles to say I'm out $40

    We bought a vehichle from them and 3 wks later it had over $2000 in needed repairs. He promised to help pay for the repairs but we never saw it

    I call for a starter they told me that they had one and to come in so I did they couldn't find it then said they would pull one off to come back in a few hours so I did he told me they hadn't had time to get to it to come back the next day so I agreed when I went back they told me they didn't have one after 2 days
