These guys are a rip off on junk parts! Go somewhere else!

I have contacted the company many times to cancel a building we had trash service. Spent 3 hours on the phone. There are 2 different addresses, it is a duplexNo longer own the building and I can't get them to pickup the containers. We are responsible for the containers. Promised by Sarah that they would be picked up by April 1st and they have not come. I refuse to spend another day to find someone to talk to about them. Keep getting transferred to different people. Wish there was another service in our area..Service: Trash removal & disposal

So how do you go to work and only do what you feel like? I got my garbage out there in time but doesn’t help when they totally skipped my cans and take everybody else’s. I was in my home office and watched them skip mine. So now where am I to put my garbage all week when my cans are full. I’d like to know this guys address and I’d dump them on his yard.

So apparently 2.5 ton steel scrap is worth $75 😂

Purchased a car, very nice car, but the tires needed to be balanced and rotated. Was unable to contact, "Nick" for over 2 weeks. Finally took the car to a near by shop and had the tires balanced. I gave him the bill for the repair shop and he refused to pay it. Said I should have waited until he could do the repair, which would have been who knows how many more weeks of the car violently shaking. Very bad man.

I've done business here many times, he's always been fair and easy to deal with.

Had my car impounded and cleared for release at 3:30. Called these guys in a panic when i realized rhe lot closed at 4. Called floyds and they were not only able to help me out in the alotted time, but actually beat me to the lot. Driver was friendly and efficient. Couldnt ask for better service.

Called and talked to robert the owners son and had a great experience talking about the used repairable vehicles they have for sale. would highly recommend to others looking for a cheap vehicle to fix up or parts to fix your own car.

Salvage auto parts made easy, I have never been to the yard but dealing with them over the phone is easy. There reps know the parts they sell, what works what wont. Shipping is fast and always on time. When things do not go as planed, they call right away. Great customer service! Haven't gotten a junk part yet! Keep up the good work guys!
