I have contacted the company many times to cancel a building we had trash service. Spent 3 hours on the phone. There are 2 different addresses, it is a duplexNo longer own the building and I can't get them to pickup the containers. We are responsible for the containers. Promised by Sarah that they would be picked up by April 1st and they have not come. I refuse to spend another day to find someone to talk to about them. Keep getting transferred to different people. Eagle Waste out of Ashland Wisconsin was bought out by Republic and before this had good service. Republic has not been reliable and neglects to pick up recycling in a timele manner. Days are continually switched. I received a recorded message to have both receptacles out for Tuesday and then a call saying it will be next week so five weeks as short of trucks and staff. I am diligent on recycling and have a long driveway and a heavy container. Residents in the city can be fined for leaving containers at the curb for three days. I have had to make four complaints the past three months. This company is very poor in that fees are collected for trash pick up and no service.

Terrible customer service, constantly getting different pickup dates. They keep increasing our cost every single billing cycle. It is now over double what we paid when we first started. As soon as I can find an alternative way to dispose of garbage we will ditch this terrible company. Service: Junk removal
