I am a supervisor for customer service and I have never experienced such professional, timely, courteous and compassionate customer service as the service I receive from X Waste. Cindy is an absolute joy to work with and the gentleman who perform our regular pick ups are the best around. When our schedules were thrown off in April, we would be running out with our cans apologizing as they were pulling up and they were always amazing and understanding. Highly recommend! extremely unsatisfied with service. they charged me 200 dollars for a tow less than 5 miles away. and they couldnt drop it off at my house because I didnt have it all there in cash. so they took it back to their shop, where I have to pay for the tow they couldn't do, and once paid, they won't tow it. so im paying 200 dollars for them to do nothing with it. How can you call yourself pro auto? Theres nothing profesional about this entire company. I am extremely unsatisfied with how they handled the situation.

Spectacular service! We had an older car that needed to much work to fix up and sell so we sold to Wangelin's for cash. The car was picked up 30 minutes later and I had cash in hand. Thanks Matt, much appreciated!! Check these guys out ASAP, your won't be disappointed!

I called Green Junk Auto Recyclers looking for auto parts, unfortunately they couldn't help me, however the man I talked to was very nice and recommended a couple other places I could try. I very much appreciated the the help!

If you haven't been here in a while, check em out again. I'm here 2-5 times every week now. And they have improved a lot! Prices are decent now. The scales and grading are consistent and accurate. And there's VERY RARELY A LINE NOW!...Like no waiting! Hats off to the folks at alter! The improvements are appreciated! -steve p.

I received a heater control panel for a 2001 Jeep Cherokee. It came fast, was clean, worked and the price was far more reasonable than other suppliers offered.

they are nice guys and load fast but getting here and backing into their garage with a big truck was the biggest horror in my trucking career. don’t even think to come here if you’re a rookie. they come and help you bc they know but still this is not at all meant for a big truck and you can see signs of repair on the wall and poles from people hitting it. inches from the wall to back in, the heck, it wasn’t even enough space to pull out the garage without maneuvering and nearly ripping the doors out of the trailer. as i said they were very nice and fast to load but this place left me traumatized and i won’t be back lol

They changed my oil they were polite good price and fast

Called yesterday and asked if they had a small block. The person on the other end said "Yes we have a 1982 350 and it runs. I will sell it to you for $400 but you have to pull it yourself." I arrived there today and the person behind the counter said they were the ones who answered the call. They immediately called me a liar and said that they dont know if there is an engine or not in that truck which is really bizarre considering we were the only two in the room and both know exactly what was said. I wouldn't even waste your time with this place. Aside from them being rude weirdos you're gonna have a hard time pulling anything from these cars as they are packed together like sardines

Not too bad. Kinda tight as far as backing. You have to back in off the street. Only 2 loading docks. Quick to load.

They don't sell auto parts anymore, but the guy who answered the phone was friendly and tried to help.
