I am a supervisor for customer service and I have never experienced such professional, timely, courteous and compassionate customer service as the service I receive from X Waste. Cindy is an absolute joy to work with and the gentleman who perform our regular pick ups are the best around. When our schedules were thrown off in April, we would be running out with our cans apologizing as they were pulling up and they were always amazing and understanding. Highly recommend! I received a call a week ago about my service being shut off due to no payment. I never received a bill in the mail. I told the employee I didn’t receive the bill and clearly the only way I can pay the bill is to have the invoice which is on the nonexistent bill. I call a week today claiming I still have yet to receive a bill and I would like to pay because I want my service on and I have no issue paying the $65. After +40 calls and phone tag for a day I was informed I have a late fee and an additional fee because they sent out a second invoice. I calmly told them I do not want to pay the late fee or invoice because I didn’t receive the mail. The worker was rude and only said she has no control of the mail and that is costs them money to ship out the invoices so I need to pay the fees. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I can’t today and I they will contact me at some point.If you ever need to contact this backwards company good luck. They have one person on the phones and there is “so many calls”. I can only assume a handful of others did not receive their bills either and are having the same issue. If this is not resolved I will be looking for another waste removal service.

I have complained several times about not recieving their bills in the mail. They tell me to call the post office. I get every other bill in the mail, no issue. They are also terrible working with someone who needs a payment plan or help with a bill! (Someone on unpaid maternity leave.) The lady was very rude on the phone and said the owner would call me back and never called.

Very unprofessional and rude. We've been with them for almost a year now and have never received a bill in the mail. We are very adamant about checking our mail and make sure we check our mail box everyday. So when I get a call saying our services will be getting shut off and they will be tacking on a late fee i'm not very pleased. This has happened twice and so we finally decided to switch services. To top it off the garbage men literally scream outside our house while my fiancé is sleeping from working all night.

Worst customer service. Didn’t pick up my trash, left a large orange note on my can saying “Call Office”. My card on file was old. Never called me. No email. Not even a week notice. Just we won’t pick up your trash. Lady on phone was rude and unapologetic. Service: Junk removal

Have used x waste for over 20 years in marquette heights. In the last 3 years i have had over a dozen accounts of this company not emptying my cans when they are on the curb during regular service pickups. Ive recieved notices from my city telling me that I should request a newer service such as waste management.

X Waste has been an excellent service provider ! Always timely and polite. Always place can where you left it (and in upright position !)I've been with them 3+ years now, I think. I believe they are also less costly than Waste Management, but very willing to work with you for additional pick-ups, etc. Definitely 5 Stars !

Was billed the 1st for a can and trash pick up have a letter and invoice number, it is now the 12th and no pick up has happened and my husband tried all day yesterday to get someone to come pick it up. We have weeks of trash piling up and they don't seem to care... UPDATE: They came to pick up the trash sitting outside and dropped off our can. I was going to add stars to this review but I also commented on the Facebook and they have it so you cannot say a bad word about them or they delete it right away that makes me wonder who else has disliked thier service and they just silenced them? That's shady business.

First of all , we never got our first bill , so after we put trash out it didnt get pick up. We had no clue what happen. Finally when we call them they told us they haven't sent a bill out yet , so we miss out on trash pick up. Then when we finally got our bill theres a late fee on it. First how are u late fee on a trash bill you pay months in advance , second of all how is it our fault u didnt send us a bill . Also trash men throws our trash cans where u can watch them bounce off the ground high into the air . Worst trash company I've ever dealt with.

Very good service and they take good care of our garbage cans and don't throw them around like other companies have done in the past. Service: House & garage cleanouts
