I am a supervisor for customer service and I have never experienced such professional, timely, courteous and compassionate customer service as the service I receive from X Waste. Cindy is an absolute joy to work with and the gentleman who perform our regular pick ups are the best around. When our schedules were thrown off in April, we would be running out with our cans apologizing as they were pulling up and they were always amazing and understanding. Highly recommend! I received a call a week ago about my service being shut off due to no payment. I never received a bill in the mail. I told the employee I didn’t receive the bill and clearly the only way I can pay the bill is to have the invoice which is on the nonexistent bill. I call a week today claiming I still have yet to receive a bill and I would like to pay because I want my service on and I have no issue paying the $65. After +40 calls and phone tag for a day I was informed I have a late fee and an additional fee because they sent out a second invoice. I calmly told them I do not want to pay the late fee or invoice because I didn’t receive the mail. The worker was rude and only said she has no control of the mail and that is costs them money to ship out the invoices so I need to pay the fees. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I can’t today and I they will contact me at some point.If you ever need to contact this backwards company good luck. They have one person on the phones and there is “so many calls”. I can only assume a handful of others did not receive their bills either and are having the same issue. If this is not resolved I will be looking for another waste removal service.

I have complained several times about not recieving their bills in the mail. They tell me to call the post office. I get every other bill in the mail, no issue. They are also terrible working with someone who needs a payment plan or help with a bill! (Someone on unpaid maternity leave.) The lady was very rude on the phone and said the owner would call me back and never called.
