extremely unsatisfied with service. they charged me 200 dollars for a tow less than 5 miles away. and they couldnt drop it off at my house because I didnt have it all there in cash. so they took it back to their shop, where I have to pay for the tow they couldn't do, and once paid, they won't tow it. so im paying 200 dollars for them to do nothing with it. How can you call yourself pro auto? Theres nothing profesional about this entire company. I am extremely unsatisfied with how they handled the situation.
